How to change a bulb in triangular under cupboard lights?

Sorry if this sounds really stupid but I cannot seem to pull the cover off my triangular under cupboard lights under my kitchen cabinets to change the bulb. Is there a knack to doing this or do I need to change bulb without removing the cover. Worked all my life in DIY so now quite embarassed to ask such girly question.

Help would be appreciated ThanksHow to change a bulb in triangular under cupboard lights?the inner ring just pulls off you may need a small screwdriver to help %26amp; the 2 pinned bulb just pulls out be carefull not to touch the glass on the new one %26amp;line it up with the 2 holes properly to replace it then the front cover just pushs back on How to change a bulb in triangular under cupboard lights? The light is usually a circular light pushed into the triangle so the circular light should prise out then you should be able to pull it clear of the triangle on its cable you can then remove the glass giving acces to the lamp module. The module has two small prongs on the back which simply plugs in, do not touch the new module with your bare hands as your skin contains oils which will shorten the life of the lamp, wrap some tissue paper around the glass and push the prongs into place like that. Coils spare lead into triangle replace glass then push the fitting back into the triangle. take your time and you should be fine it is only 12volt and it is normally a 20watt module (buy some spares as they don't last forever hate the things!) good luckHow to change a bulb in triangular under cupboard lights? Not sure without a picture, there are several ways these lamps can be retained.

1) A wire ring that you can squeeze the ends together and remove

2) A cast ring that you can unscrew a quarter turn

3) Push-fit lamp.

Whatever method it is, make sure you don't touch the new lamp with your fingers, the grease from them will make a hot spot and it will fail very quickly. How to change a bulb in triangular under cupboard lights?try putting a dish towel over the cover when unscrewing the cover see if that helps.
