Does anyone know how to remove the 2008 Camry SE fog light bumper cover. I need to change the light bulb.?

I wanted to change the fog light bulb but I can't figure it out how to remove the black fog light cover. Does anyone know how?Does anyone know how to remove the 2008 Camry SE fog light bumper cover. I need to change the light bulb.?It should come out from behind the light housing.
