Do I have to take off the bumper?How to change the bulb on lower fog light on 1994 Subaru Impreza?on most models you will have two 8mm headed bolts i believe both on the bottom of the light assembly remove them and pull the Assembly out then you can just remove the bulb by twisting it counter clock wise then reverse to reinstall
